Justin and Joe met in 2004 when they worked at the Smithville License Agency in Dayton, Ohio. They quickly became friends and eventually brothers in law when Justin married into the family in 2006.

Both would leave to lead successful military careers in the Army and the Marines but were eventually drawn back to Ohio to return to the BMV and in February of 2023, the idea for NextGen Advertising was born.

Justin and Joe didn’t invent the idea of advertising in Ohio BMV locations but saw that it could be done better with a higher focus on community and set out to do it. With fair prices and full transparency, NextGen is empowering businesses of all sizes with access to effective and affordable digital advertising solutions.
