Ads rotate every 5 minutes minimum, ensuring repeated exposure to customers during their 15-45 minute wait times. You select your target locations, upload your content, and we handle installation, maintenance, and reporting.

Typical approval time is 5-7 business days. All advertising content must be reviewed by BMV Columbus headquarters to ensure compliance with community standards. We handle the entire submission process and keep you updated. If content is rejected, you receive a full refund and can resubmit revised content at no additional charge.

BMV advertising reaches all demographics (ages 16-100+) since everyone needs to visit eventually. However, you can target geographically by selecting specific counties or cities. For example, urban vs. rural locations, high-traffic downtown offices, or specific metro areas. Our interactive map lets you cherry-pick locations based on annual impressions and local market characteristics.

Location Discounts: 1-9 locations (0% off), 10-24 locations (10% off), 25-49 locations (15% off), 50-99 locations (20% off), 100+ locations (25% off)
Duration Discounts: 3-5 months (10% off), 6-11 months (20% off), 12 months (25% off)

Yes! You can update ad content during your campaign. Updated content must go through BMV approval again (5-7 business days). There is a $50 content swap fee to cover administrative and deployment costs. Seasonal promotions, limited-time offers, or messaging updates are common reasons clients refresh their ads mid-campaign.

If BMV rejects your content, you receive a full refund if payment was already made. You can then revise your content based on BMV feedback and resubmit at no additional charge. Common rejection reasons include political messaging, controversial topics, or content that violates BMV community standards. We review all content before submission to minimize rejection risk.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and ACH bank transfers. Invoices are generated upon contract signature. For campaigns over $5,000, we offer payment plans with 50% down and the balance due before campaign launch.

Once a campaign has started, fees are non-refundable as we've reserved screen time and processed BMV approvals.

Impressions are verified through official BMV queueing systems that track actual customer volume and wait times at each location. This data is provided directly by the Ohio BMV and represents real people who entered the waiting area where screens are installed. Unlike billboard or digital ad estimates, our impression counts are tracked provided through official queue records.
