1. Services

Nextgen Advertising, LLC provides digital advertising placement services within Ohio BMV locations. We act as a contractor to facilitate the display of your content on screens we manage.

2. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate business information and to pay all fees associated with your selected advertising package. You represent that you have the rights to any content (images/videos) you upload.

3. Content Guidelines & Approval

All advertising content is subject to approval by Nextgen Advertising, LLC and the Ohio BMV. We reserve the right to reject content that is political, controversial, illegal, or violates BMV community standards. Rejected content will be refunded if payment was already made.

4. Payments and Refunds

Invoices are generated upon contract signature. Campaigns will not go live until payment is received in full (or according to the agreed payment schedule). Once a campaign has started, fees are non-refundable.

5. Limitation of Liability

Nextgen Advertising, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific advertising campaign.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Ohio.
